What is BBC Rugby’s Beer Survivor?

Get ready for BBC Rugby's Beer Survivor! Starting May 2, 2024, it's a weekly challenge where names are drawn and contestants face elimination. But don't worry - you can get back in for just $10. The last 4 standing split the epic beer prize. Join us for the excitement and support our senior women's and men's teams! 🍻🏉

THE PRIZES

You’re going to need a lot of space for your liquid gold! Prizes will consist of your choice of craft beer. The amount of beer depends on how many entries we receive!  Half of each ticket $$ goes to the prize pot and half goes to the BBC rugby section.

  • 1st prize: 50% of beer

  • 2nd prize: 25% of beer

  • 3rd prize: 15% of beer

  • 4th prize: 10% of beer

Last year’s winners split over $1500 of beer 🍻

  • Watch for payment confirmations sent 2x per week

  • Watch draws starting Thursday May 2 at 7.30pm, and then Thursday May 9, and the following 2 Wednesdays starting May 15 on IG live @balmybeachwomensrugby. Recap emails and posts on FB and IG too

  • Sidelined? GET BACK IN THE GAME for only $10 to bbcrugbysurvivor@gmail.com before noon the day of the next draw.

  • All draws live on IG, posted to socials at 7.30 pm the day of the draw.

  • Great question! The funds support our club’s Senior Men’s and Women’s sides, covering expenses like referee payments, trainers, equipment, permits, and more.

  • We’re splitting your entry fee 50/50 with the prize. So really this is a pretty good deal for you.

  • Our lineup includes brews from fantastic sponsors like Lost Craft Brewery, Radical Road, Two Loons, Molson Coors, and Triple Bogey.

  • Don’t worry little one, for only $10.00 you can get back in the game.

  • Your hosts for this round are Kim Hunter, Brett Bothma (Website) & Kim Chong (Social Media). Kim H is a long time Balmy vet, Brett is new to the Men’s side this year, and Kim C joined the women’s side in 2023. Come say hi on IG live we don’t bite.
